This Satuday May 23, a few of the toughrunners crew ventured out to the outer banks of Carters Lake for a beautiful early morning run. We started on an out and back trip on Woodring Branch road which extended all the way to the boat ramp and back for a total of 10 miles. Thanks to Kathy, Joe, Jason and Craig for making it happen.
